1. Introductory Provisions
1.1. These GTC form an integral part of the Accommodation Contract.
1.2. The current version of the GTC is available on the Provider’s website.
1.3. The GTC apply to all services provided by the Provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Reservation and Conclusion of the Contract
2.1. Reservations may be made in person, by telephone, by e-mail, or via booking portals.
2.2. The Accommodation Contract is concluded upon written confirmation of the reservation by the Provider.
2.3. The Provider may request payment of a reservation deposit.
2.4. The Client must provide accurate and truthful information about themselves and all guests.
3. Check-in and Check-out
3.1. Check-in is possible from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
3.2. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 on the day of departure.
3.3. Guests must present a valid ID upon arrival.
3.4. Guests must follow the Hotel Accommodation Rules.
4. Provider’s Services and Obligations
4.1. The Provider undertakes to deliver services in the agreed scope and quality.
4.2. The Provider is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or third-party actions.
4.3. The Provider may withdraw from the contract if the guest violates hotel rules, disturbs public order, or endangers safety or property.
5. Client’s and Guest’s Obligations
The Client and all guests are obliged to:- pay for all reserved services in due time,
- follow the Hotel Accommodation Rules and staff instructions,
- avoid causing damage to hotel property,
- pay a refundable security deposit if required at check-in.
6. Prices and Payment Terms
6.1. Prices are based on the confirmed reservation and the valid price list.
6.2. The outstanding balance must be paid no later than on the day of departure.
6.3. Failure to pay the reservation deposit within the specified period entitles the Provider to cancel the reservation.
7. Complaints
7.1. Guests must report any defects or service issues without delay.
7.2. Complaints are processed in accordance with Slovak consumer protection laws.
7.3. A written confirmation of the resolution of the complaint will be issued.
8. Cancellation Policy
8.1. The reservation becomes binding after it is confirmed by the Provider and the reservation deposit is paid (if required).
8.2. The paid reservation deposit is non-refundable.
8.3. Cancellation fees:

8.4. Reducing the number of persons or shortening the stay is considered a partial cancellation and is subject to the same rules.
8.5. Cancellations must be submitted by e-mail to info@jantardudince.sk. The effective cancellation date is the date the hotel receives the written notice.
9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

9.2 Purposes of Data Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:- reservation handling and client communication,
- registration of accommodated guests in accordance with Slovak legislation,
- accounting and tax processing,
- performance of the accommodation contract,
- protection of the Provider’s legitimate interests (property and security).
9.3 Legal Basis
- Performance of a contract,
- Legal obligation,
- Legitimate interest,
- Consent (for marketing purposes if provided).
9.4 Categories of Personal Data
- identification data (name, surname, address, date of birth),
- contact data (phone, e-mail),
- accommodation details, ID/passport number (required by law),
- invoicing and payment information.
9.5 Recipients
- accounting service providers,
- booking system providers,
- public authorities when required by law.
9.6 Retention Periods
- reservation data: 1 year after the stay ends,
- accounting documents: 10 years,
- guest registration data: 5 years,
- marketing data (based on consent): until consent withdrawal.
9.7 Rights of Data Subjects
Clients have the right to:- access their personal data,
- request correction or deletion,
- restrict processing,
- object to processing,
- data portability,
- file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
9.8 CCTV Monitoring
The hotel operates CCTV systems for property and personal safety.
Recordings are kept for a maximum of 15 days unless required for investigation.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. Legal relations are governed by Slovak law.
10.2. The Provider may update these GTC. The new version becomes effective on the date of publication.
10.3. The invalidity of any provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
